This shipping information is from SaveRxCanada.to. They will process all prescription orders you place with them. SaveRxCanada.com is an affiliate website only and does not process any orders.
Shipping Times
Once we receive your complete patient profile and your valid prescriptions, it may take up to 2 business days for your prescriptions to be processed in our pharmacy. The average postal delivery time to the Continental US takes between 5 and 15 business days once the package has been shipped (N.B. Some locations may take longer. For help tracking your package, call us at toll-free at if you don’t receive your order within 15 business days.
Shipping times to locations outside the Continental US may take longer than the advertised 15 days. In some cases, shipping can take up 2 months depending on your postal service and customs regulations. Please ensure that you are familiar with the rules and regulations in your country for medication importation.
Carrier info
The expedited mail service used to ship prescription orders is Canada Post’s XpressPost. Each shipment receives a delivery confirmation. This allows you to track the status of your order and can also be used as a reference number. Orders are sent via various airmail services from our global suppliers.
Order cancellation & refunds
All prescription sales are final and non-refundable as SaveRxCanada.to is unable to legally accept or restock orders which are cancelled or refused after they leave the pharmacy.
A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled after they leave the pharmacy. Orders that have been dispensed are not refundable.

Rate
The USA charges $10.00 USD for shipping and handling. Each parcel is subject to the $10.00 USD shipping and handling fees. You will only pay one shipping charge if all your medication fit into one parcel.
Shipping Promotions Free of Charge
All orders for items which are part of the RxSelect Program will be shipped free.
All orders above $299.00 USD 2 are eligible for free shipping (exclusions shipping fees).
International rates
Shipping and handling costs may vary depending upon the destination. Shipping and handling fees may be higher in some countries than the standard rate. Each parcel is subject to the shipping and handling fees, but not prescription. You will only pay one shipping charge if all your medication fit into one package.
Items that can be stored in a refrigerator
For items that need refrigeration, a $17.99 USD shipping and handling charge will be charged per package.
Conditions
- Only packages that don’t require refrigeration are subject to the standard shipping and handling fee.
- For packages that need refrigeration, free shipping is not available
